Day 2

Rapid Functional Prototype

SLA 3D printing or rapid silicone cast tooling creates functional prototypes to confirm ergonomics, fit, and touch.

3–5 Days

Precision Steel Tooling

CNC milling, EDM spark erosion, and high-gloss polishing using premium German/Japanese mold steel (S136, NAK80).

12–15 Days

T1 Sample Approval (DHL)

First test run (T1) samples molded in specified Pantone colors and durometer, delivered with full FAI dimensional report.

Day 16

Cleanroom Mass Production

Automated continuous LSR or high-pressure compression production. Secondary vulcanization oven to eliminate residual odors.
